Well i am using my cell phone sony ericsson W810i as a modem to connect to internet ..using gprs..i have an unlimited gprs package,i was just wondering,would my cell being with pc 24/7 damage the cell?
When the cell is being used as a modem..is it still on?

no it shouldn%26#39;t effect ur phone it will kill the battery life i had sprint sanyo 9000 used it all the time but i dont think ur phone is made to be used as modem because u need a special software for that. and cingular doesnt allow their customer to use there cell phones to be used as modem.
