What should I do since Sprint keep billing me for internet file transfered even I already requested

I called in to order to block internet and text message services for my cell phone Sanyo 8400 but Sprint kept billing me for $75.00 extra charged beyond to basic plan agreement. I called customer services, the system keep asking me try again and no representative availble. I tried to contact online, the system did not recognize on me because my name was kept on Nextel%26#39;s data base. I signed up a contract two years with Sprint not Nextel. All these problems are preventing me to get my problem solved. I spent time and gas to run around those Sprint Retail Store to ask for helps before and Sprint credited their wrong charge once last time and now it is happening exactly the same again and I must go all over again. Is it a practical joke around my case? If no one else has anything bad about this company to share with me then I start thinking about they targeted on me for some reasons. I can not be patient for good thoughts about them anymore. Please give me some advices, thanks very much

Are you using the internet at all? If you are and you do not have a plan for it then it charges you everytime you use it. I have sprint and that happened to me. But i did not know that it charges everytime you use it if you do not have unlimited web access. Unlike Sprint, Cingular has very good customer service that can help you alot. I accidentally had a download for a ring tone website, and when I told them I had no clue, they took it off. So, my suggestion is to switch to Cingular.
