Whats the Best and cheapest UK mobile contract??

My mum is lookin to renew her mobile phone contract. She doesn%26#39;t really sent txts so she doesn%26#39;t need many free. Something like 300 mins a month free would b ideal. With the monthly rental bein as low as possible. Thanks

Theres 2 types one for more calls and less texts or more texts less calls. well i wud say 3 network coz on contract u get the cash back and when the contract is ending ring them up in 1-2 months in advanced and say you find they customer services appalling and that you have found a better contract and this way you dont have to keep the same phone you cud sell it and get a new phone and be earning money not using it up on monthly fees to the company
