My fiance broke his LG CG225 phone and had to replace it. Rather than throwing the old phone away, what should I do with it? I have heard of donating old phones to charity but this one doesn%26#39;t work, so it wouldn%26#39;t be of use unless someone chose to use it for parts. The battery and battery charger still work. You should recycle it. Take it to any cell store and tell them you want to recycle it...Don%26#39;t toss it in the trash, harmful crap will seep and kill the environment I have to live in for the next 75+ years.
