Persoanlly, I love AT%26T (formerly cingular). I travel around the country with two friends of mine, one has verizon and the other has sprint. I always, without fail, have the best singal. Plus you never roam! They are very standard, as far as price goes, and they have some very nice phones, but that kind of depends on what you want in a phone, like a music, or camera phone, or one with video, or no features at all. speaking on behalf of cingular/at%26t, they are the best with nationwide calling, free mobile to mobile and text-they also offer some preety cool phones for free. I have t-mobile and I am very happy with them. They provide great online billing service plus you can easily access all your photos. The customer service is the best, top notch! And they are the cheapest one I know...

2006 best national coverage and service by J.D. Power and Assosiates verizon! i love it!! it gets great reception I am happy wiht Sprint and they are reasonable. I did have Verison and they overcharge. In my opinion, it is T-Mobile. They have the best plans, and their best phone would probably be the Sidekick 3 or the CRAZR. I have a RAZR, and im lovin it. i would recommend to go on each of the companies website and type in ur address and find out if they have coverage there i had sprint never dropped a call
Sprint: buy sanyo 2nd choice samsung, then lg
Verizon: LG then samsung
cingular or T mobile: NOkia then sonyericson
Sanyo is most durable phones out there especially the m1 and i had sanyo 9000 loved but if u r in chicago u need to have sprint and they are cheaper than the other three, especially in txt messages and internet packages.
