When I want to see how many I have I just log into verizonwireless.com and then log into my account. It tells me how many minutes I have used in the month and how many texts I have sent and received. You could try something like that or call them and ask. They should have records of your calls and texts. i think it depends on your provider (T-mobile, verizon, etc)
