I basically want to know how I can reject a call on Moto Razr V3i because the moment I open the phone I get connected.

you will have to change the Answer Options. Press %26#39;Menu Button%26#39; %26gt; Settings %26gt; In-Call Setup %26gt; Answer Options.

Turn %26#39;Multi-key%26#39; option On and %26#39;Open to Answer%26#39; option Off.

And you are done.
