I%26#39;ve used Verizon for 6 years now and I love them. I%26#39;ve never had a problem with billing, never dropped a call without good reason (tunnels, elevators, parking garages. those actually make sense), and I%26#39;m one of the few people that actually has service in "the middle of nowehere".
My first phone was a "free" model that came with signing up with them and it worked great for five years. Replaced the battery once, it survived being mauled by a dog (twice!) and I finally gave it up after I lost it. LOL
Last October I got the new Chocolate. Have to admit, I love the thing! I don%26#39;t use it for music because I have an MP3 player I use. The pictures come out incredibly sharp, the sound is clear and I love the slide instead of the flip. The only problem is the touch areas are a bit on the sensitive side and sometimes having the phone against my face will activate the buttons in the middle of a call. Just pay attention and deactivate it again if that happens, though.
