nothing just ring the number its 00353 then drop the 0 at the begining of the mobile number and start with the 8 0044 (Drop the first "0" of the number you are phoning.
01534 xxxxxxxx becomes 0044 1534 xxxxxxx

same as anyother place in the world! definitely 0044 and drop the leading 0. The first digit of the mobile number should be a 7.
ignore whoever said 00353 - thats the code to dial an Irish number from outside Ireland.
