What restrictions are there on cell phones?

Answer:

The only restrictions I know of have to do with international roaming. Some carriers do not allow you to use the phone out of the country if it is a PAY AS YOU GO. If you have a contract phone some providers require you to be a customer for a certain period of time before allowing the international roaming feature to be placed on your phone.

There is one other I could think of. With the PAY AS YOU GO phone Motorola C139, internet is not available with Cingular/ATT

If you could ask the question again and be more specific I might be able to assist you further. What do you mean by that?

I could probably help but I need more info.
