What kind of phone would you recommend?

i am going to the beach in a few weeks and in need of a new cell phone.

my current one is almost gone.

i%26#39;m afraid to take it with me, due to, i won%26#39;t be carrying my purse with me everywhere, and i am scared if i drop it, i will not have a phone.

i am buying off ebay/craigslist.

what type of phone would you recommend buying?

Or, if you know where i can get a rather cheap sidekick 2 from, besides ebay or craigslist, i would appreciate it.

I am on a budget.

razr from cingular they are amazing! i extremely reccomend virgin mobile. only 18 cent a minute and they have mp3 and camera phones for less than 99.99 stay away from motorola. they suck. batteries never last long enough. i recommend LG I%26#39;d recommend the LG VX8300. I got it when I switched over to Verizon and I have not had a single problem with it. The speaker phone is great, I%26#39;ve not had a single dropped call yet, and over all it%26#39;s fairly simple to use. used razr off of craigslist..50-80 bucks

and what i said about the sidekick is not right i have an unlocked sidekick3 that i use with cingular and Ive tried it with my aunts rogers service you should leave questions like that to someone that knows t-mobile wouldn%26#39;t be able to tell you any info on it because you have to download a program and use a usb cable and change the system settings on it..
