What numbers do I need to dial Barcelona from the US?

I have to dial this country code and phone number but there is no ringing at the other end 34 620 XXXXXX. Am I missing a local area or city code?

Answer:

Try Dialing 011 first then 34... but 620 is not one of the several area codes for Barcelona
